I'm straight, single, and not looking for a one night stand. What is wrong with this picture?

Nothing. I just believe that there is much more to an adult friendship than sex. Don't get me wrong. I love sex and adult time. I'm looking for friends first, and then if its right who knows... Some info about me> I just moved back to California from Sparks, Nevada. I am also a clinical massage therapist which means I have seen every body type there is. No one is perfect either physically or mentally. I believe that people all face the same issues in life, just at different times and in different ways. I am just looking for the right people to experience some of my life with. If you want to meet a real person and have a good time then write to me. Seriously!!! I would like to hear from you. I'm not sure how it is for women, but men seem to get almost no messages.

Lets see... I was born in England and went to school in Europe and grew up all over the USA. More states than I care to mention, but I have spent most of my years in California. There is something about the beach that keeps me here.. I do miss the Tahoe Nevada Mountains though.. oh well.

What type of work do (did) you do? How long have you been (were you) in that line of work? Do (did) you enjoy it?

If you read above then you know that I'm into massage; in fact it has been my life for the past two years. I got my Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (in other words I like and know how to touch). I think it is important you understand the difference between giving and receiving, and that there is a clear separation between massage, sex, and intimacy.

Which virtues give you most of your self confidence? If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?

"I think life is all about collecting good experiences." :0) Ok, briefly SEX Yeh, I'm pretty good at it.  I have a degree in making people feel better. Oh, and a clinical certification too.   Yes.  Massage definitely helps.. No honestly I love giving pleasure.  If I could make people happy all day I would,  er.. did..  So back to the "S" word. Believe me I'm not totally innocent, I have had some fun in my time. I had the one night stands, etc. and they aren't my style. I won't sleep with just anyone (In fact its been since my last relationship ended (months)). I am not actively searching for a LT relationship. I believe friends are important and from there who knows what comes next. So if you are looking for a one night stand I am probably not the right guy for you. Relationships develop naturally over time.  I think that is something you learn over time, and with experience.

What languages do you speak, read or write?

English, American, Australian, Scottish, Irish, and I can still understand some German and Spanish. 

Where do/did you attend high school and/or college? What are/were your favorite subjects in school?

Oh boy, do I have stories.

How would you characterize your political leanings? (i.e. Democrat, Republican, Reform, Libertarian, Independent, radically left/right, don't care).

Hummmmm, the little blue pill man. Nah, how about one of the wonder twins who can turn into anything.

What is your insight into spirituality, and how do you practice this belief?

I have a great collection of incense. Aromatherapy often boosts my mood. Oh, I know. Sorry, this spiritual stuff is tough for me. I believe in Good and Bad Karma. "Do good to others, and good will be done to you."

Do you belong to any organizations, clubs, teams, or special interest groups?

Favorite pastime? Sport? Hobby? Diversion? Just what goes on Sundays at your place?

Massage. Travel. History. People. I love to go have a cup of coffee and just hang out with someone. Watch the people go by, have a great conversation, and just experience life. One of my favorite things to do in the summer is drive to the top of the highest hill and fly a kite. When I lived in Nevada Casinos were a thrill, and sometimes an income.

What are your all-time favorite movies and/or actors?

I love movies. I would go to a new one every week if I got the chance. Lets see. Sci fi. The original Star Wars. Recent action, you know... Now that I am thinking about it....I guess most made for family stuff. Classic comedy: Cheech and Chong Up In Smoke.

What type of music do you enjoy? List performances or concerts you have attended?

Classics: The Stones, The Police, David Bowie, Led Zeppelin, Madonna, yes I will admit it. 80s music. (Its my generation) Humm, almost any Classical. The sound of the Ocean. (I used to live on a boat waves are like music to my ears.

Describe the type of person you might be interested in meeting (either romantically or platonically). What traits do you find attractive?

I'm looking for friends, and then if its right who knows... My ideal play friend would be someone who likes to snuggle, likes to be touched, likes to touch, and wants to be great friends as well. To me sex is always a bonus but not an expectation of friendship (I'm careful not to use the word relationship here) and sex is a NEVER at work or with any client for that matter.

If you were to meet someone for the first time, what would be the "perfect" setting?

I have difficulty in bars. Mainly because I worked in one for 5 years and then spent another 10 years staying away from them. I'm out of my element there now, I'm too old. I enjoyed those days. But now I'm more mellow. I'd love to spend an afternoon at the beach, an evening having dinner, snack, or a even just coffee. Any place that you can be one on one and get to know each other.
