I an an experienced call center specialist. I have designed and managed a
mid size call center of 50 agents providing 24 hour support in 16 languages.
After focused study in customer service and support strategies, and call
center vs. help desk architectures I continued my education by working in many

different languages, located in California and Israel.

Description of my experience in this field.
I feel that my hands on experience in
designing and developing helpdesks,
along with working in a corporate call
center where I was team lead, make me a good selection for almost any
Customer Resource Management
position. As you can see from
my resume; I have a great deal of
hands on experience in designing
multi tier customer inquiry
centers, along with implementing internet, intranet, email, and telephone
support solutions. I have four years of technical experience with
Gartner Group where I focused myself and my studies on
Customer Relationship Management and
Call
Center Strategies. I have nine years of intensive guest relations experience
in a 507 room business hotel (Doubletree
San Jose - formerly
Red Lion San Jose), and at one time I managed information storage services
for large corporate accounts like Visa International, CitiBank, Amdahl, and The
County of Santa Clara. I have experience working in all types of customer
contact centers which I attempt to apply as effectively as possible. |
