multi tier customer inquiry centers, along with
implementing internet, intranet, email, and
telephone support solutions. I have four years of
technical experience with
Gartner Group where
I focused myself and my studies on Customer
Relationship Management and Call Center Strategies.
I have nine years of intensive guest relations
experience in a 507 room business hotel (Doubletree
San Jose - formerly
Red Lion San Jose), and at one time I managed
information storage services for large corporate
accounts like Visa International, CitiBank, Amdahl,
and The County of Santa Clara. I have experience
working in all types of customer contact centers
which I attempt to apply as effectively as
possible.
