Accountable for strategically enhancing internal/external Customer Service and Store Profitability through:

  • Effective management of sales and profitability of the Copy Center, Technology departments, and the front end, and

  • Fostering a total Customer Service attitude by using various reports to motivate associates’ performance; coaching and managing junior associates to high performance standards and recognizing individual and team success.

Qualifications:

Proven leadership skills. 3-5 years retail management/leadership experience. Strong leadership and communications abilities required. Ability to drive sales in a customer centered environment. Bachelor’s degree preferred, or commensurate experience.
