Account Manager / Executive Recruiter
Built relationships by performing cold calling, customer service
calls and job
site visits. Cold called approximately 70 potential
clients daily to inquire
about current openings, desired salary ranges, and geographical preference, to
anticipate their staffing
needs. Interfaced with the clients' management to
create
job
descriptions and then qualified the client by conducting meetings
with the decision-maker and hiring manager to evaluate job descriptions vs.
salary vs. business needs.
Filled job openings with highly quality professionals. Conducted interviews to
determine candidates' technical ability as well as people skills. Met the
clients staffing needs and business objectives while minimizing their time
investment in the recruitment process. Recruited and placed screened
professionals in the areas including: Network Administration, Web Programming,
Call Center Supervision, Telemarketing, Loan Processing, and Outside Sales.
Managed the complete recruiting lifecycle:
* Define job descriptions with hiring manager,
* post and update job banks,
* source and screen candidates,
* schedule and lead interviews,
* gather feedback from both candidates and hiring managers,
* Manage communications: Gathering feedback from both candidates and hiring
mangers,
* close deal (negotiate salary) and prepare the new employee for the job
transition.
