Inbound Account Sales
Responsible for selling large quantities of Hello Direct proprietary products to
small to medium account customers. Develop, maintain, and build accounts through
Large Quantity Selling
- Effectively identify, manage, service and
delight the key influencer, advocate, or decision maker in a large company.
- Sell headsets and headset accessories and
occasional general catalog items.
- Address the medium- to large-sized business.
- Maintain contact management database.
- Develop leads through cold calls and customer
- Determine customer needs and offer product
- Manage the evaluation process.
- Identify, qualify, and close a customer on a
- Maintain the account cradle to grave.
- Compensated on customer quality, personal
financial performance and gross margin revenue.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Minimum of 3 years prior sales experience suggested. Proven ability to meet and
exceed sales quotas. Experience with business-to-business sales, account
management and commission-based pay structure.
Exceptional skills to communicate clearly over the telephone, ask probing
questions, sell the benefits, prove the value, and close the sale. Familiarity
with word processing, spreadsheet and contact management software
